All FAST-Calib calibration targets are produced using our ultra-matte printing process, creating a highly diffuse white surface that minimizes glare and variation in reflectance. When printed on ACM (Aluminum Composite Material), the full-coverage, UV-cured white ink exhibits near-Lambertian reflectance across the visible and near-infrared spectrum.

This helps maintain consistent corner and feature contrast across viewing angles, reducing specular highlights and uneven reflections that can introduce detection errors—particularly in uncontrolled lighting or during calibration of active sensors. The UV-ink surface on ACM is scratch-resistant, rigid, and durable, making it well-suited for both indoor and outdoor calibration environments.
