How Do We Ship?

Currently, all orders are fulfilled and shipped via UPS.

What Are Your Options?

We offer a variety of UPS shipping options to ensure you can receive your order in the timeframe you need, at a cost that works for your budget.

Locations We Ship To

We ship worldwide. However, at this time, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

UPS Ground Shipping

Typically delivers in 1–5 business days (see UPS transit map below for more accurate delivery estimates).

UPS 3 Day Select

Typically delivers in 3 business days from the ship date.

UPS 2nd Day Air

Typically delivers in 2 business days from the ship date.

UPS Next Day Air

Typically delivers in 1 business day from the ship date.

UPS Next Day Air Early AM

Not available for all orders. Typically delivers in 1 business day and arrives by 9:00 AM.

UPS Freight

Typically delivers in 1–5 business days, depending on geographic location. Rural deliveries may take longer.

Typically delivers in 1 business day from the ship date.

Additional Considerations for Shipping

While we always do our best to ensure your order is produced and shipped on time, certain factors may impact delivery. Please make sure your artwork and files are correctly submitted and approved so production can begin without delay.

Additional important shipping details:

  • UPS will make three delivery attempts. We are not liable if the package cannot be delivered due to recipient unavailability.
  • Orders must be shipped to a valid street address, not a PO Box.
  • If UPS is unable to deliver after three attempts, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
  • Shipping may be delayed due to weather, natural disasters, or other Acts of God.
  • Foamcoreprint is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control.
  • If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, Foamcoreprint is not responsible. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Handling and Delivery Instructions

Some orders may require special handling or freight delivery. Additional fees may apply. Foamcoreprint is not liable for special delivery instructions requested at the time of shipment, as delivery is handled by UPS.

Foamcoreprint.com does not maintain a relationship with Canadian customs authorities. Any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import compliance responsibilities fall entirely on the purchaser.

It is your responsibility to remit all payments to the CBSA (Canada Border Services Agency) and any other applicable authorities. Foamcoreprint does not guarantee taxes, duties, or import-related expenses at checkout. Additional charges may apply upon delivery.
